UV DTF transfers can be applied to a wide variety of hard, smooth surfaces including:

• Glass (tumblers, cups, windows, etc.)
• Metals (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.)
• Plastics (water bottles, phone cases, etc.)
• Wood
• Ceramics and porcelain
• Leather
• Laminated Paper and cardboard

UV DTF transfers are NOT recommended for application directly onto fabrics or textiles. The ink and adhesive are formulated for hard surfaces.

• How To Apply UV DTF
  The basic steps for applying UV DTF transfers are
  1. Prepare surface by cleaning
  2. Trim the design from sheet
  3. Separate white backing and transparent sheet slowly
  4. Position the transfer on the surface
  5. Use credit card to apply pressure over design 5 times.
  6. Slowly peel away clear transfer film
• Always read the manufacturer’s instructions as application may vary slightly by transfer type. Applying even pressure is key for proper adhesion and transfer of the design.

File Type We recommend vector files (ai, pdf, eps, svg). Other file types submitted may print with lower quality, especially if resized.

Image Resolution We do not accept phone screen captures. We are not responsible for low quality images during submission or due to resizing (upsizing).

Non-Transparent Backgrounds We are not responsible for non transparent images unless intended.

Ultra Thin Artwork Areas Thin lines like the size of pencil writing is not recommend and issues may occur while transferring onto garments. Some experience, practice and skill may be required for these types of artwork. It’s not impossible, we just don’t recommend this for beginners. As a rule of thumb, keep likes 3 pixels or larger.
